On July 8, the summer school continued, with professors giving lectures with passion. Today, Prof. Martin W. King and Prof. Yingjiao Xu from North Carolina State University and Prof. Roohollah Bagherzadeh of Amirkabir University of TechnologyTehran Polytechnic teached students knowledge and brought them a feast of thought and academic feast.

In the morning, Professor Martin focused on the four aspects of scientific research methods, and introduced the basic route of scientific research for the students, including the basic theory, making assumptions and designing experiments, analyzing and drawing conclusions according to the experimental phenomena, and revising the theory according to the conclusion, which provides clear ideas for the students' future scientific research work. Then, Professor Yingjiao Xu firstly introduced her personal situation and research field, and briefly introduced North Carolina State University. After that, Professor Xu began to explain the definition and content of consumer behavior in detail. According to the popular concepts of sharing economy and mobile payment, the professor explained the concept of consumer behavior to students, emphasizing that consumer behavior is a comprehensive process including acquisition, comsumption and disposal.

In the afternoon, Professor Roohollah Bagherzadeh began to explain the application prospect of textile materials, and then introduced the current situation of textile education and the future research direction. After that, Prof. Roohollah bagherzadeh introduced the definition and concept of fiber materials, and introduced the reasons for the macro and micro disconnection of textile materials. At the end of the course, advanced functional materials for water filtration and smart textiles are introduced in detail. After the course, the students and the professor had an in-depth communication.

In the whole day of the course, students listened carefully and actively interacted with professors, forming a good academic atmosphere. It is hoped that the students can continue to study with enthusiasm and forge ahead.
